SHIPPING POLICY – JOURNEY BREW
At Journey Brew, we strive to deliver your portable coffee maker and accessories as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible, no matter your coordinates. Below, we detail the conditions, timeframes, and considerations of our international delivery service.
1. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Our shipping times vary depending on the destination region. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the moment the package leaves our distribution centers:

📦 United States (USA): 7 weeks (Standard Shipping).
⚠️ Note on US Shipping: Due to specific international logistics, customs procedures, and distribution structures for this premium model, the current standard shipping time to the United States is 7 weeks. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we ensure your Journey Brew arrives in perfect condition.
2. Processing Times
All received orders are processed, packaged, and prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. If you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will begin processing on the following business day.
Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
3. Shipment Tracking
We want you to have absolute control over your journey. Using the tracking number provided, you can track the exact location of your package in real time through our tracking platform or the designated courier's official website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments outside our primary distribution zone or transcontinental deliveries (including the USA and Rest of the World), packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other government fees specific to the destination country.

5. Delivery Addresses and Incidents
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and error-free shipping address. Journey Brew is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, or the recipient's absence at the time of delivery.

If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed within the courier's holding period, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
